Events

Club meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM.  In the summer months the meetings are held at the club house  In the winter months of December, January, February and March the meetings are held at the Daniel Boone Homestead meeting hall (DeTurk Educational Center - see directions).

POLICE TRAINING - CLUB CLOSED - FROM 8AM-4PM

The following dates will be set aside for police training.

All Ranges will be closed while the police are using the club.

1/4, 1/18, 2/1, 2/15, 3/7, 3/21, 4/4, 4/18, 5/2, 5/16, 6/6, 6/20, 7/4, 7/18,

8/1, 8/15, 9/5, 9/19, 10/3, 10/17, 11/7, 11/21, 12/5, 12/19

Dates will also be posted on the bulletin board on the porch of the club house.

These work partries run from 9am to 12 Noon on the third Saturday. The Wednesday work parties are from 6-9pm. Members who have indicated a willingness to help with these by answering the question on the dues notice may be contacted before the work detail. If the weather is questionable on the day of the detail, you should make up your mind as to what to do. You may participate at any of these without a scheduling call if you really want to help. This would be a big help especially if you can bring a weed whacker with you. We will supply gas mix and whacker line. Other useful equipment to bring: rakes, shovels, chain saws, brush loppers, pick-up trucks, and the safety equipment that you normally use.
